[Pcsclite-muscle] Building CCID from Github encounters error

Hi,

I have cloned the CCID repository and have automake, flex and installed
build-essential on an Ubuntu machine.

I tried to do sudo ./bootstrap and encountered errors.

Attached in the email is the output file.
