[Pcsclite-muscle] SCardTransmit error with ISO-14443A tag

I dont see an error in pcsclite. It could be caused by the driver of the reader or the reader itself. Does the command work with a different reader (maybe a reader that is ccid compliant)? Does this reader work as expected on Windows?
