[Pcsclite-muscle] Missing libusb_free_transfer() in Multi_PollingProc() from ccid

Hi Ludovic

I found that libusb_free_transfer() is missing if
libusb_submit_transfer() is failed.

Here is the patch. I also modify the code to check for rv < 0
according to your convention.
