Rename opkg-lede to opkg

Why is the git repro of opkg still 
https://git.openwrt.org/project/opkg-lede.git ?
Can we change it back to https://git.openwrt.org/project/opkg ?

There was already some commit to change the source url, but not the repo 
name:
