Not only that but also most of the new member votes passed by pure luck.
Situation improved in the last year because with the new (active)
member we manage to reach the +1 to the quorum more easily.

But I want to stress something that maybe it's not clear in all these
discussions. The object here is not to exclude any member, actually
it's to identify MIA members.

It's specified that members can be set as active (if they were flagged
as inactive) by simply sending a mail.

There is already an intention to fix the rule right after this vote and
honestly I don't think anyone will be against any kind of improvement.
