Buildbot workers at Qarnot Computing

Hi,

I met people from https://qarnot.com/en/ , it's a French company providing
bare metal compute nodes for heavy computations.  They use the generated
energy of the servers to heat buildings and to provide hot water.

They are open to provide free resources for OpenWrt build workers and I
think it's a good match.

If nobody has strong objections in the coming weeks, I will contact them
more formally to discuss the details.  There was no objection at the
developer meeting today.
