Thoughts:
This proposal would effectively bar from voting any (future) admins/devs
who don't use JavaScript and/or the forum.
Also, from a security/authenticity perspective, GPG-signed emails (not
that OpenWRT currently requires that, IIRC, but Debian does and it's a
good idea) have stronger integrity guarantees than forum polls would.
