[VOTE] Use GitHub issues instead of bugs.openwrt.org

My own vote:

My objection is that this step would likely result in better issue handling for both users and developers based on my experience with issue handling at packages.git and luci.git.

For the future I’d like to explore the new ci.codeberg.org service and also evaluate the patch review obstacles of Codeberg as mentioned by Adrian. Once Codeberg aka Gitea works sufficiently well for us I’d move _all_ repositories, including CI and issues over there.
