Please redelegate downloads.openwrt.org

Hi,

DNS admins - please redelegate downloads.openwrt.org to the machine at
downloads.lede-project.org (148.251.78.235; 2a01:4f8:202:43ea::3).

The server has been prepared to handle "downloads.openwrt.org".
Additionally it will redirect requests to "snapshots/trunk/*",
"whiterussian/*", "kamikaze/*", "backfire/*", "attitude_adjustment/*",
"barrier_breaker/*" and "chaos_calmer/*" to
"http[s]://archive.openwrt.org/..." respectively.

I will however not be able to fix canoical URL redirects and renew
certificates until the downloads.openwrt.org domain is switched.

Ideally install an HTTPS reverse proxy on downloads.openwrt.org pointing
via HTTP  to downloads.lede-project.org to smooth the transition period.

This will also allow us to renew letsencrypt certs during the transition
already.
