[VOTE] commit access for Daniel Engberg

Hi,

I wasn't aware of the issues that have been brought up and thus will
take back my proposal for later reconsideration.

I do value the effort Daniel is putting into the project and think that
such effort should get rewarded but there should be a broad consensus
among contributors. With the current 4:5 votes so far it does not seem
like we'll be able to reach one here.
