Final Call for Comments: Switch main web site to the wiki

The final call for for comments on the proposal to make the switch elicited two responses, both positive.
I laid out a proposed set of steps for the change at: http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/lede-adm/2016-November/000268.html
I'm not familiar enough with the server-admin side of LEDE. Who needs to be involved in making those changes? Thanks.
