Testing bug tracker - flyspray

Hi all,

We have setup a bug/issue tracker called Flyspray for further testing and evaluation.
Accounts are currently enabled for self-help sign-up  with email verification. You can
optionally use your GitHub login for account creation and access. Email notifications
will originate "ledeprojectorg at gmail.com".

For the time-being, we will review new accounts and elevate privs as necessary.
The default group (reporters) upon sign-up has the following permissions:

Create tasks
View tasks
Edit assignments
Add comments
View comments
Edit own comments
View history
Close own tasks
Create attachments
Add votes
View Roadmap
