Hi all,

This email is to propose an RFC for 'Trap and Emulate'

This is an alternate ecall solution which was discussed.

The goal is to provide alternate solution while we await proposed solution of RPMI System MSI over SBI MPXY.

Motivation
The design is done based on ecall ext to handle the trap.
