Subject: [RFC] Trap and Emulate support in OpenSBI

Hi all,

This email is to propose an RFC for 'Trap and Emulate' for RFC INTC and VIRQ support in OpenSBI.
The trp and emulate will be used from S-mode to read the IRQ number from M-mode using SSE.

The goal is to gather early feedback on the design.

Motivation
The design is done based on 'Trap' to an
instruction "0x0B" in S-mode, and M-mode OpenSBI changes as a form of this RFC and patch.
