I would not copy Tested-by: and Reviewed-by: if a patch has changed 
significantly (e.g. putting the code into other files).

For patches 1-5 the only differences are fixed comment typos. There it 
is ok for me to copy the Reviewed-by:.

I have tested the new series and found no issues.
