IPv6 VPN with low MTU links (below 1280)

Hello!

I am a user of a wireless network that get the MTU 1280 assigned to the
linux wlo1 interface. I assume that this is because the VPN traffic will
be tunneled.
If the openconnect client operates with the 1280 wlo1 setting, IPv6
addresses are not assigned to the tunnel interface. The VPN interface
has an MTU of 1232 - lower than 1280 for IPv6.

Is there any option to make using IPv6 possible here?
If the connection to the ocserv is done via TCP, couldn't it be
fragmented here?
