[Alpine Linux] New aport for ocserv – merge request

Hello ocserv team and community,

I’ve prepared a new aport (package definition) for ocserv in Alpine 
Linux, and I’d like to share it with you for visibility and potential 
feedback. The merge request is currently pending review in the Alpine 
aports repository:

I’ve built and tested it on Alpine edge, and it seems to work fine 
with the default configuration. However, since I’m not an ocserv 
expert, I’d really appreciate it if any of you could take a look at 
the package script, dependencies, and init script to make sure 
everything is correct and follows best practices for ocserv on Alpine.

If there are any Alpine‑specific tweaks you’d recommend, please let 
me know. I’m happy to amend the aport accordingly.

Also, if you think this is a useful addition, any support or comment on 
the MR would help move it forward with the Alpine maintainers.
