What disconnects? RDP or the VPN?

If the former, can you compare the MTU from the working and non-working
machines? Does it disconnect when there's a large amount of traffic in
one direction? Can you show a packet capture from inside the network?

If the latter, show output of connecting with 'openconnect -vv'.
