OpenConnect ARM64 Surface Pro 11

Greetings,

I was delighted to recently find that OpenConnect allows me to access a
Fortinet based network with my Surface Pro 11. My delight has been tempered
by a niggling issue wherein if I am connected via RDP to a host inside the
VPN'd network, I get repeated disconnects and reconnects. I tested the same
connection scenario from my Intel based computer to confirm that it is
completely stable, with no disconnections.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might understand and fix this,
or even if it is possible?
