I have no experience, but spent a few minutes to find a clue.
The quality of this clue may be suspect.

My guess is that ./libopenconnect5.symbols must be updated
with the symbols:
openconnect_set_tls_hs_rec_frag_size
openconnect_set_tls_hs_tcp_frag_size

The point is to note the earliest MAJOR.MINOR version in
which the new symbols are introduced.

I'm looking at line 824-826 of 
https://gitlab.com/Moorko/openconnect/-/jobs/7801565095
and ./tests/symbols.
