This is an extremely old version (from 2019). We've made a large
number of improvements to GlobalProtect support in the intervening
years.

1. Try building a more recent version of OpenConnect from source, and
running that.
2. Run with `-vvv --dump-http-traffic`, look at the detailed server
response which OpenConnect is failing to parse here, and share it with
us (taking care to remove any passwords or secret cookies that appear
in it).
