Unfortunately, this change introduced a bug — that is to say, I
introduced a bug (🪞) — which causes GlobalProtect ESP to be entirely
non-functional in OpenConnect v9.10.

Thanks to nemo44 at gmail.com for bringing this to our attention. We've
got a merge request for the one-line fix up
(https://gitlab.com/openconnect/openconnect/-/merge_requests/475).

@dwmw2, how 'bout an OpenConnect v9.11 release? 😬
