Think about a v9.1 release?

I think the release would be v9.02 using openconnect versioning
conventions. I think a minor release that cherry picks breaking fixes
would make sense (like 9.01) if there is a concern about wanting to have
a larger feature release.

I would like to get the following change released since it affects my
AnyConnect usage.
