I do not think we have something and that's a petty. You can
nevertheless use the microsoft tunnel (uses ocserv) guide to help you
with setting up the infrastructure:

In practice for 100 users a very small VM system would be enough. Just
make sure you have a CPU with cryptographic acceleration such as
AESNI.
