Getting a new openconnect tag/release with SAML related fixes/enhancements for AnyConnect

Hi,

I was wondering how release cycles for openconnect are managed.
Interested in a new tag that would contain some potential
fixes/enhancements for SAML based authentication with AnyConnect
gateways.

Currently using my own build of openconnect with these changes for
successfully using SAML through the CLI with external browser support
with Cisco AnyConnect gateways.
