[PATCH 0/5] squashed PAN GlobalProtect patches

This is the (hopefully final :-D) take on the GlobalProtect patches. I have squashed everything from
https://github.com/dlenski/openconnect/tree/gpst (as of bc6ca60fb3c93cc7eca9d330a12a433fc3b21d26)
on top of David's upstream master (as of 30e25df137e1cb2ce9eacbd943d8d42e963f72fb).

A remaining outstanding issue is allowing this to build correctly on Windows.

  Add support for GlobalProtect ESP tunnel
