[PATCH 0/6] vpnc-script-win.js updates from openconnect-gui

Hi David, team,

could we review/update & apply changes introduced from downstream
openconnect-gui project. It could be fine to have everything in one repo,
I don't like shaddow vpnc script because there is no need for this.

I try to follow changes as much as possible, many commits was squasched.
In the end, it works for me for in openconnect's command line and gui as well.
I don't expect it will break something.
