No assigned address error

Hello list,

I'm trying to connect to a customer's VPN server and keep getting this 
error message: "VPN service not available, reason: No assigned address".

I'm already dumping the http traffic and it seems like right after 
sending the CONNECT command it quits.

Is there anything that I can check? Cisco's own support page talks about 
assigning ip pools when this error message comes up with AnyConnect. But 
I'm not sure how this is relevant here.

Also AnyConnect is able to establish a connection in a Windows VM from 
the same host.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
