Password Crash

Hi,

In order to send a password to openconnect.exe (Windows 7), it is
recommended to do the following:

echo "password" | openconnect.exe" --passwd-on-stdin ...

However, this causes openconnect.exe to crash. It complains about the stdin
handle being invalid.

openconnect console client bundled with openconnecct-gui v1.3
(v7.06-unknown) crashes with this error:

    GRUP: [ ... | ... | ... | ...]: : ReadConsole() failed: Incorrect
function.

openconnect console client already build in present (v7.06) stop with this
error:

    GRUP: [ ... | ... | ... | ...]: : ReadConsole() failed: Incorrect
function.
    Failed to obtain WebVPN cookie
