openconnect - Local Lan

Thank you for your answer and sorry for my late answer.
Ok I find a way to keep my local LAN connection (by adding routes)

But I encountered another problem :
The LAN on which the VPN is mounted is able to delivered about 10Mb/s

When I try with anyconnect client running on a laptop with windows seven, I reach this rate.
When I try with anyconnect client running on a a VM (ESXi infrastructure) with windows seven, I reach this rate.

When I try with anyconnect client running on a a VM (ESXi infrastructure) with RHEL 6.6, I cant' reach this rate (maximum 1MB/S....)
When I try with openconnect client running on a a VM (ESXi infrastructure) with RHEL 6.6, I cant' reach this rate (maximum 1MB/S....)

I'm going to test with a physical machine running RHEL 6.6 but I suspect the RHEL6.6 or the driver for this bad performance.

Have you got an idea ?

Could you provide more info about your network setup and how you
expect openconnect to function?
