It worked now by using the master code only.

Noticed an interesting behavior, sometimes termination field of my
radius record was logged as "Lost-Service" but the truth is I
terminated the connection explicitly. I can't reproduce it now but
most likely this happens when a device connected to the ocserv server
first time.
