Cookie auth rejected by ocserv on reconnect

PS: I have some trouble building the git version, make run into a fatal error:


worker-http.c:453:24: fatal error: http-heads.h: No such file or directory

                        ^

Are git repo build steps still valid for ubuntu 14?

I tried with both `local http-parser` yes and no, both give the same error.
