Hm, yes. Perhaps Nikos forgot to update openconnect.exe when making his
v0.9 release? Try v0.8 — that one seems to be consistent:

[dwoodhou at i7 OpenConnect]$ wine ./openconnect.exe 
No server specified
Usage:  openconnect [options] <server>
Open client for Cisco AnyConnect VPN, version v6.00-214-g17a18f1-dirty


Or stick with v0.9 and use the GUI client. I assume *that* works OK?
