Error loading server key files during startup

Hi,

I have setup the OCServ0.9.2 following guide and during the startup I
got below erros:

listening (TCP) on [::]:4443...
listening (UNIX) on /var/run/ocserv-conn.socket...
listening (UDP) on 0.0.0.0:4443...
listening (UDP) on [::]:4443...
ocserv[24701]: main: initialized ocserv 0.9.2
ocserv[24702]: sec-mod: error loading file
'/usr/local/etc/ocserv/serverkey.pem '
ocserv[24702]: GnuTLS error (at sec-mod.c:590): Error while reading file.
ocserv[24701]: main: tlslib.c:613: error loading file
'/usr/local/etc/ocserv/server.crt.pem '
ocserv[24701]: main: tlslib.c:692: error loading the certificate or key file


At first, I think the key files not created correctly, but after I
tried to create key files several times, still got the same error
message.

Does anyone can give your advice on this issue?
