[PATCH 0/4] About CSD

Hi Andy,

patch 1 increases the buffer so I can handle a new bigger CSD binary for Win.
Patches 2 and 3 are related to the CD discussion.
Patch 4 fixes some issue I found in the manpage while adding the new flag.
