Freeradius couldn't receive stop time/termination info from ocserv 0.10.3

Hi,

After upgraded to 0.10.3 I found that stop time and termination info
(User-Request or Lost-Carrier) are always empty on freeradius server,
but 0.10.2 worked fine with my freeradius server, those info will be
updated to freeradius after several minutes after client terminated
the connection on 0.10.2.
