 Please use the openconnect mailing list for issues on ocserv (in CC).
Note that this is a very generic issue you are mentioning. It can be
anything. The best would be to debug it as you would do with any other
network outage (i.e., wireshark). What you should check:
* Whether a firewall in between is "forgetting" the UDP port
association; you can solve that by reducing DPD time.
* The load of ocserv, and any hints on the logs.
