Unfortunately the crash point seems to be unrelated with the reason
for the crash. If you could see some obvious pattern on the crash
points (e.g., I see that a user reached its maximum connections - does
that happen on the other crashes as well), that would be really
helpful. Otherwise would it be possible to run the server under
valgrind (at least for a subset of the users)?
