IPv6 in AnyConnect for iOS

That was fairly much as I expected. Older clients without
X-CSTP-Full-IPv6-Capability expect the IPv6 information to be presented
differently - something like address/netmask in a single X-CSTP-Address
header, instead of separate headers for IPv6 address and netmask.

I forget but OpenConnect handles both and the commits where we added that
should be enlightening.
