[GIT PULL] Software token updates

HOTP support was smoke-tested with a modified version of the LibTest CLI;
I verified that the updated "secret,counter" string was being passed back
to Java.  I also checked to make sure that calling the synchronized
setTokenMode() method from the onTokenLock() callback sets the new counter
value and does not deadlock.
