Build OpenConnect 4.07 on Oracle Solaris 11.1

Shouldn't be needed if you have msgfmt. pkg install pkg:/text/locale

I didn't need to do this.

This is fixed in the configure script in git now. It'll pull in -lsocket
and -lnsl where needed.
