openconnect does not disconnection cleanly

David's fix doesn't work for me.
My hack (http://bombadil.infradead.org/pipermail/openconnect-devel/2009-September/000012.html
- mainloop.c) does work.

Sorry guys, but these days I have no time to help in troubleshoot.
