sendmail woes again

Hi,
 
Recently you helped me get a version of m4 installed to re-build my
sendmail.cf file.  Ever since I've done that the forwarding feature of
sendmail has not worked.  Is there something I need to place into the
sendmail.mc file to make this work?  From what I gather the .forward
file should be read by default in sendmail.  I'm running version 8.9.3.

 
Nothing to speak of in the logs:
