About the only thing I should correct there is that fact thet NetWinder 
Inc. also does not exist anymore ;(

I don't know of any place that sells the 32-bit wide SODIMM modules 
anymore... it may be possible to special order them from Micron or other 
such places, but I haven't heard of anyone doing so.
