[PATCH 0/2] platform/raspberrypi: vchiq: remove the last use of set_page_dirty()

The bulk transfer path dirties pinned user pages with set_page_dirty()
and then unpins them. Dirty them in the unpin instead with
unpin_user_pages_dirty_lock(), which takes the folio lock and marks each
folio dirty once. The first patch is a small cleanup of the gup flags
passed to the pin.

This removes the last use of set_page_dirty() in the driver.

Compile tested only.
