You can add a depend to the Kconfig file.  This RPI only right?  So
using it on x86 will never make sense.

It would be nice if COMPILE_TEST worked so we could run static analysis
on it.  If it doesn't work right away, that's fine, but could you add it
to the TODO file so we don't forget?
