ARM64: Disabling warnings about deprecated armv8 instructions

OK, now I understand.

Sounds like what I want is to turn on hardware emulation when running
old binaries since collecting data is pointless.  That's kind of part
of the hardware spoofing I'm looking into.  

Alot of this seems to be missing on arm64.
