RK3576 Rock 4D: PCIe NVMe device not detected in mainline kernel despite working in U-Boot

Hi Naoki,

Thank you for the advice. I flashed mainline U-Boot v2026.04-rc1 to SPI 
and confirmed NVME boot of mainline kernel 6.19-rc7 works with it.
