[PATCH 4/4] riscv: dts: thead: enable HDMI on Milk-V Meles

[Han Gao]

Enable the DC8200 display controller and DW-HDMI transmitter. Connect
the transmitter to the board Type-A HDMI connector with reciprocal graph
endpoints.
