[PATCH 08/25] dt-bindings: interrupt-controller: andestech,plicsw: add Metanoia MT2824

The Metanoia MT2824 integrates the Andes PLICSW software interrupt
controller. Add its compatible string, with andestech,plicsw as a
fallback.
